5/21/23 is the seventh Sunday of Easter also known as Ascension of the Lord.
Pastor Christina has prepared her sermon based on scripture readings Acts 1:1-11 & Luke 24:44-53
Rev. Linda’s sermon for October 22nd is: “Your Faith” using 1 Thessalonians 1:1-10. Hope to see you there!
You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
Psalm 16:11 New International Version
“For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.”
“Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life – in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing.”
“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”
To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy–to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them.
